Understand the intended deployment model and the controls to confirm before putting business records into a hosted environment.
How are client organisations separated?
The selected service model is one separate Frappe site and database for each subscribing organisation. An organisation may have multiple Company records in its own site. This is a deployment design; it does not claim that client provisioning is already available.
Where will the ERP be hosted?
The intended ERP deployment uses an owner-controlled cloud account. A production VPS, location and operating arrangements are still to be selected and verified. Publishing this marketing website will not publish the ERP database.
How is access controlled?
The underlying application uses native users, roles and permissions. The client configuration and access tests must demonstrate the required boundaries. A Company record alone is not a separate tenant database.
How will TA support access work?
The chosen model calls for explicitly authorised, scoped and time-limited support access. The mechanism and revocation must be implemented and verified before it is offered as an operational service.
What about backups and recovery?
Agree backup frequency, retention, encryption, independent copies and restoration responsibilities. A successful backup file is not evidence of a successful restore. No recovery time or recovery point guarantee is stated here.
Can we export our data?
Native reports and supported document import/export tools can be reviewed during the demo. Agree the precise records, attachments, formats, permissions and exit assistance required; a report export is not the same as a complete database handover.
Is TA certified or guaranteed compliant?
No certification, security audit result, regulatory guarantee or universal tax compliance is claimed here. Compliance depends on the applicable period, configuration, records and review. Ask for evidence relevant to your requirements.
