Multiple Company records can exist within one subscribing organisation’s site. They share that site’s database, so roles and permissions need appropriate configuration. Unrelated clients require separate sites and databases.

Data sources, mappings, opening balances, transaction history and reconciliation are reviewed during implementation. Not every source format can be imported directly.
